Tekst- og dataminingforbehold for alt indhold på PlusKorts hjemmeside og i PlusKorts app

Indholdet på PlusKorts hjemmeside og i PlusKorts app er ophavsretligt beskyttet, herunder tekst, grafik, billeder og lyd.

Indholdet er beskyttet som individuelle værker og hjemmesiden og appen yderligere som databaser, jf. ophavsretslovens § 1, stk. 1 og 3 og § 5. Dette omfatter også rabatkoder og lignende.

Fagbevægelsens Fordelsprogram A/S forbeholder sig udtrykkeligt alle rettigheder til at udnytte indholdet til tekst- og datamining, jf. ophavsretslovens § 11 b, stk. 2 og artikel 4 i direktiv (EU) 2019/790.

Enhver udnyttelse af indholdet på PlusKorts hjemmeside og/eller i PlusKorts app til tekst- og dataminingformål kræver forudgående skriftlig specifik tilladelse fra Fagbevægelsens Fordelsprogram A/S.

Reservation of text and data mining of content on the PlusKort website and in the PlusKort app for use in artificial intelligence (AI) (TDM reservation)

All content on the PlusKort website and in the PlusKort app, including text, graphics, images, sound, and other content, is protected by copyright pursuant to the Danish Copyright Act (Ophavsretsloven).

Both the individual elements are protected as individual works, and the website and app as databases are protected as respective collective works, pursuant to Sections 1(1), 1(3), and 5 of the Danish Copyright Act. This also includes discount codes and similar items. Accordingly, Fagbevægelsens Fordelsprogram A/S expressly reserves all rights to exploit the content for text and data mining, cf. Section 11b(2) of the Danish Copyright Act and Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790.

Any utilization of the works on the PlusKort website for the purpose of text and data mining requires the prior specific written authorization of Fagbevægelsens Fordelsprogram A/S.
